Assessment Overview
During this initial stage, we carefully and thoroughly review the community’s hiring processes, job descriptions, map of communities, staffing positions which have been difficult to hire and potential reasons why and more. This analysis can be conducted virtually . Then an on-site meeting is held in which we’ll review your applicant tracking system, discuss ideal hiring metrics, your onboarding process, credential verification, training, the interview process, interaction with the communities, and scheduling.
