Data Processing Agreement
Effective Date: April 15, 2025This Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements any agreement between Apex Recruiting Solutions, LLC d/b/a Apex Clinical Services (“Apex”) and the applicable client (“Client”).
1. Roles
- Client = Data Controller / Business
- Apex = Data Processor / Service Provider
2. Purpose of Processing
Apex processes personal information solely to provide:
- Recruitment
- Credential verification
- Placement
- Scheduling
- Onboarding support
3. Data Security
Apex maintains appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
4. Subprocessors
Authorized subprocessors may include:
- Top Echelon (ATS)
- NOWSTA (scheduling)
- Background check vendors
- Credentialing and e-signature providers
Apex ensures subprocessors follow equivalent data protection standards.
5. Requests from Individuals
Apex will assist Client with handling subject rights requests as required by law.
6. Return or Deletion of Data
At termination, Apex will return or delete personal data upon written request, unless retention is required by law.
